1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember something between pages or between visits. Some cookies are set by us, and some by other companies whose services appear on our pages. The same rules apply to similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage and device fingerprinting, and where we say cookies below we mean all of them.

2. Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically, because the site cannot work without them. Everything else is set only if you agree.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first arrive, and change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Rejecting analytics cookies does not stop you using any part of this website.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site working and secure. They do not track you and they cannot be switched off.

4. Analytics cookies

These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they are, so we can see what is useful and what is not. We use Google Analytics 4. The information is aggregated for reporting and we do not use it to identify individuals. Google uses your IP address to work out roughly where you are, and does not store it for visitors in the UK and Europe.

Google acts as our processor for Analytics data. Google's own privacy information is at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our contact forms are built with WPForms, which sets one cookie so we can see how people move through a form and where they give up.

5. Advertising and social media cookies

We run advertising campaigns through Google Ads, and the cookies below let us see which adverts led people to us. We do not use social media tracking pixels. The links to our X, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts are ordinary links: nothing is set until you click one and arrive on that company's site, at which point their cookie policy applies.

6. Third-party services on our pages

No page on this website currently embeds a service from another company that sets cookies. If we add one, it will be listed here and blocked until you agree to it.

Where our pages link out to a booking platform, you leave this site and that company's own policy applies.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, independently of the choices you make on this site. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of most websites from working properly. Instructions are in the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Opera, and the guidance at aboutcookies.org covers most browsers.

If you use more than one browser or device, your choices apply to each one separately, because the record of your choice is itself stored in a cookie.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal, where your browser sends one, and treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies. Most browsers also offer a Do Not Track setting. There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not rely on it. Use the cookie settings link on this site to be certain your choice is recorded.

9. Changes to this policy

We review this policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies, and at least once a year. The version number and audit date at the top tell you when it was last checked.

10. Contact

Questions about cookies, or about anything in this policy, go to hello@brazenstudios.xyz. Our privacy policy at [brazenstudios.xyz/privacy] explains how we handle personal information more generally, and how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
